The Winner of the Competition will receive, for a period of one year, up to 1,500 square feet of free retail space in the Seaway Mall. Included with the space are all rents, realty taxes, utilities, common area charges, HVAC charges and association fees for the time period of twelve (12) months from the date of opening. The Seaway Mall will provide all renovations to the unit (paint, flooring, structural changes) excluding store fixtures. The twelve(12) month period will commence exactly four (4) months from the date the winner is announced to the public. (Approximate value $70,000)

• Free in store market research and customer database design at the six-month period from Latis Research Consultants. (Approximate value $5000)
