Take the QEW (Niagara Bound) to the Highway 406 cut-off.
Continue on Highway 406 towards Welland for approximately 20 minutes.
At the third intersection, turn right on to the Woodlawn Road cut-off.
At the 3rd set of lights on Woodlawn Road, Seaway Mall is on your right.
From St. Catharines
Take the 406 South to Woodlawn Road.
Turn right on to Woodlawn Road at the traffic lights.
At the 3rd set of lights turn right - this takes you into the mall parking lot.
From Niagara Falls
Take Hwy 20 West to the 406 South.
Follow the 406 South to Woodlawn Road.
At the 3rd set of lights turn right - this takes you into the mall parking.
From Port Colborne
Take Hwy 58 North to Welland.
Go past the Broadway and Lincoln intersection and look for the intersection at West Main Street West.
Turn right on to Main Street and just before the bridge, turn left on to Niagara Street.
At the 4th set of lights, turn right into the mall.

Take Hwy 140 North to Welland.
At East Main Street turn left at lights and go through East Main Tunnel
At the first lights coming out of tunnel turn right.
At 1st set of lights turn left on to Woodlawn Road.
At the 3rd set of lights turn right - this takes you into the mall parking.
Dunnville
Take Hwy 3 to Port Colborne.
Turn left at the McDonalds on to Hwy 58.
Follow Hwy 58 North to Welland.
Go past the Broadway and Lincoln intersection and look for the intersection at Main Street West.
Turn right on to West Main Street and just before the bridge, turn left on to Niagara Street.
At the 4th set of lights, turn right into the mall.
Buffalo
Take the Peace Bridge across to Fort Erie.
Follow the QEW Hwy North to the Lyon's Creek exit and go West.
At the first lights turn left on Montrose Road and go about 2 miles.
Turn right at the sign that points towards Welland and proceed for approximately 8 miles through the East Main Tunnel.
At the first lights coming out of tunnel turn right.
Crossing over railroad tracks, turn left at the first intersection on to Woodlawn Road.
At the 3nd set of lights turn right - this takes you into the mall parking.
OR
Take Highway 3 towards Port Colborne and turn right at Highway 140 continuing north towards Welland.
At the intersection of Highway 140 and East Main Street, turn left on to East Main Street.
Continue through the tunnel and turn right at the lights on to Highway 406.
At the 1st intersection, turn right on to Woodlawn Road.
At the 3rd set of lights on Woodlawn Road, Seaway Mall is on your right.
